We have recently had a number of new donors to WDXD. Thank you to Wanda at Child Evangelism Felliowship for donating a
big supply of tapes that would otherwse have gone to the dumpster. these will be very useful in the production area.
Paul
Glimmer donates time each week to do a live morning show and donated better office chairs.
Also, Belva, Ann, and
Margie all donated music recently. Much of this music is already beginning to be used on the air. Thank you all so very much
for thinking of us.
We are just over halfway to our goal of paying off the remaining amount owed toward station construction.
I would also like to have a contingency fund in place for emergencies, maintenence, and replacing gear as needed.
Payoff
amount of construction costs is $13,000. We also are needing to replace one of the Numark double deck CD players, and the
control room cassette deck, which was used for recording interviews. Both of these are now DOA and no longer usable.
