 WDXD-LP 101.9 radio in Tallahassee receives FCC license
 
 
   Delta Star Radio of Florida, Inc., the nonprofit organization founded in April of 2001 with the mission of "working to provide quality radio to the Tallahassee area" has been awarded a license for WDXD-LP 101.9.  The station is authorized for 33 watts effective radiated power on 101.9, with an antenna height of approximately 53 meters (173 feet.) There is a possibility of a power increase to 88 watts effective radiated power, which requires FCC approval.
