I've spent a great deal of time over the past two weeks on MerchantCircle.com - a website that appears to be designed to help buisness owners find and connect with each other.

One of the things that radio stations should be good at is communication - after all, that's one of the primary purposes! Many of us, myself included, probably aren't always the communicators that we should be.

Curiosity brought me to MerchantCircle, primarily because it is the site that often pops up if you use Google to search for information about any given business. It makes sense to be on a site that's viewed that often.

I also like the fact that it offers the capability of newsletters. In the very early days of my streaming adventure, I did write a station newsletter. It seems like now, with the recent Big D Country re-brand, that the time has come to bring back newsletters on a regular basis.
